We just stayed a week in Bellaire and went to Ruthanne's every morning for coffee and bakery. What a treat! The shop is so welcoming, the employees are so friendly and the pastries are fabulous. Pair that with a great cup of coffee and you have a wonderful start to your day. If you are in the Bellaire area - you should absolutely check them out!

Decided to stop here on a whim and I’m so glad I did! Everything we got was so fresh and delicious. I ordered the frosted cupcake latte which was amazing, as well as the cherry turnover and breakfast sandwich. I got the sandwich with an Asiago bagel and it was so soft it melted in my mouth. The staff was so friendly here and we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful boutique bakery. The owner was welcoming and warm. The atmosphere was upscale but homey. The food was phenomenal. We picked up several items from the bakery selection and everything was delicious. I always say that the best baked goods have a little love baked in and these are filled with it. Will definitely be making this one of our regular stops.

OK Ruthann. This has to be hands down one of the best bakeries/coffee shops we’ve been to (and we’ve been to a LOT). Having toured around Lake Michigan, this was an absolute delight of a coffee/breakfast experience. The Lola Mae latte was incredible, the blueberry turnover fresh baked, and the quiche - YUM. Not to mentioned - it was all served with a smile. What a wonderful surprise and a great way to kick off the weekend.
